DIY Cabinet Christmas Wreath

Here is a quick and easy way to spruce up your cabinets for the holidays! Your supply list will consist of just (4) items that can be found at any craft store like Hobby Lobby or Michael's! Not only is this easy, but it's also affordable! Especially when the items are on sale or when you use a coupon!

Your supply list is super simple! All you need is the following:

  • (1) candle ring (skip the small wreaths, the candle rings are much cheaper!)
  • Ribbon
  • Ornament pick (Michael's has a huge selection of these!)
  • Command hook (skip the designer ones, no one will see it)

All you do is arrange the branches on the wreath so they are even and sticking out all around. This will transform your candle ring into a wreath. Then you place the ornament pick wherever you would like and secure it to the wreath. Weave the ribbon around the wreath and position it however you would like. I placed my ribbon behind the branches.

Hang your hook on the inside of your cabinet door upside down. I leave my hook on my cabinet all year round. Then you just simply tie the open end of the ribbon and place it on the upside hook!

This is a super easy way to dress up any upper cabinets for the holiday season! Buying wreaths can get pricey. Search for candle rings and pay half of what a wreath would cost! You will even be able to find candle rings that are already decorated!

What a great idea to use a candle ring as a cabinet wreath! I never would have thought of that. Plus I think it's great that the backside of the wreath is flat so it sits nicely on the cabinet. I am going to try this!
